Originally from Dublin, Nicola is a graduate of The American Academy Of Dramatic Arts conservatory acting program, and received her MFA in Directing from The Lir, National Academy Of Dramatic Art, at Trinity College Dublin. She was inspired to create On The Quays with Jenna, Keiji, Matt and Michael, following a production of RENT they all worked on together at The Edinburgh Fringe in 2015. Since then they have established a company of artists and continue to create work that supports the themes of equality, empathy and understanding through theatre, music, film and digital media. With a goal to work in both the U.S and internationally, the company has collaborated with artists in Aruba, Ireland, the U.K, and the United States. www.nicolacmurphy.com
